Salad becomes Employed Owned

It's with great pride and satisfaction that I share the news that Salad has recently become employee owned, after 100% of the shares have been sold to a trust (EOT), of which Salad's employees are the beneficiaries.

Salad has been trading for 20 years, and I've been on the Board working alongside Bella (who co-founded Salad) since September 2013; shortly after I moved to Bournemouth.

In 2019 Bella and I were considering our plans for Salad's future, and at the same time, finding out about EOT's. The more we learned, the more it sounded like a perfect fit for many of the values and principles in Salad.
